Chicken soup with rice, homemade salsa and avocado. Pair it up with some diced onions, warm tortillas, queso fresco and lime and the world is yours. 

Ahhh yes, mexican food… what do people automatically think? Tacos… tacos… oh yeah and tacos? but there is sooo much to explore in Mexican cuisine… one of my personal favorites? the chicken soup… no not the shitty “all natural” canned ones. I am talking about cooking the entire soup yourself, it might take time but the end result will be beyond amazing. 

Now picture having this when you are under the weather… sick and hate the world. Oh yeah youll enjoy your sickness like if they were vacations!
